The ultimate story of an aggressive stage mother, who drives
her daughters into show business and keeps their noses to the
grindstone until one of them becomes a star. It is the, more
or less, true story of Gypsy Rose Lee. The show's score is
full of classics including, "Let Me Entertain You," "All I
Need Is The Girl," "Together Wherever We Go," and
"Everything's Coming Up Roses."
Pictures
Jordan Mata, Ryan Murphy, Camille Galang (as young Louise), and Philip Wahlquist sell it as singing newsboys in another of Mama Rose's vaudeville acts in the amazing musical, Gypsy.
