The Civic Theatre West was formed
in 1987 as a non-profit organization to bring top quality live
theatre to the greater Roseville community. Under the
organization and guidance of Bob and Rosemarie Gerould, with a
terrific staff and tremendous community support, CTW
grew to offer multiple outstanding productions each year,
as well as various educational Workshops that give area youth an
unparalleled opportunity to explore the arts and expand their
horizons. Civic Theatre West has demonstrated a strong
commitment to enhancing the arts in the community. In return,
CTW has enjoyed an ever growing base of support from
all the wonderful people in Roseville and beyond who embrace the
arts in their lives and who know how important keeping them
alive in our hearts and communities remains!
Now the Civic Theatre West Guild
has been formed to promote the charitable, educational, cultural
and historical preservation activities that Civic Theatre West
in Roseville provides the community. The Guild will recruit,
train and recognize volunteers in support of the goals of Civic Theatre West
as it continues to cultivate the theatre arts in
our area. Anyone interested in volunteering is encouraged to
join. Those sixteen or older are eligible for membership, youths
age ten to fifteen may join the Guild when sponsored and
accompanied by an adult member. Seniors with spare time are most
welcome!
We welcome any and all contributions of time and talents you
have to offer - no matter how large or small. Can you sew? Join
our costume support team! Handy with that drill and hammer? Set
