"Weekend Comedy" At The Tower
[House] Two couples, one middle aged and staid, one young and free-wheeling, rent the same mountain cabin for the same weekend by mistake. This contemporary homespun comedy examines relationships with one laugh line after another. Think of it as Granite Bay meets Sun City in this hysterical "battle of the ages" by Jeanne and Sam Bobrick.

[Rosemarie and Bob Gerould] And here's a nice surprise - Bob Gerould and Rosemarie Gerould are both in this one together! I don't think they've been on stage together since they started the theatre in 1987, (but if I'm wrong, they'll let me know). Joining them are Chris Quandt (Arsenic and Old Lace, Sweet Charity) and Analise Langford (Rumors, Fiddler on the Roof). Pamela Downs-Hoover is our intrepid director this time around.

Weekend Comedy opens January 30th in the Tower Theatre, 421 Vernon Street, and plays Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:00pm, with Sunday matinees at 2:00pm, through March 6th. Tickets are $15.00 Seniors and Students, $18.00 General Admission. Children 11 and under are $6.00. Call (916) 782-1777 for reservations.
