Box Office Information
The Box Office is open for
business on show days through intermission on Fridays and Saturdays.
Tickets for the current production(s) may be purchased at the door
until curtain. However, ticket purchases or exchanges for future
productions are allowed only during intermission.

REQUESTS VIA EMAIL
GROUPS - If you
are interested in booking your group for a show and/or dinner or
brunch before the show, please call our Box Office at (916) 782-1777 and ask for
Raquel Pearson
or email her by clicking on her name.
The Box Office has a
no refund
policy. We can, however, exchange unused tickets for a future
performance.
Should you need to contact the box
office between the hours of 6:00pm and curtain on show nights (Noon
and curtain for matinees) our Automated Attendant will guide you to
the information you need. If you need to speak to a live agent
during that time, please dial (916) 782-1777 ext. 116 for the
Roseville Theater or (916) 782-1777 ext. 113 for the Tower Theater
and someone will assist you.
PLEASE NOTE: The above
option should only be used if: a) you are going to be late or
miss the show entirely; b) you are lost and need someone to help you
find the theater; c) your call is an emergency and you need to reach
a family member or friend who is at the theater.
