Samantha EllinwoodSamantha began Magic Circle youth workshops at age six and has apeared in an astonishing 31 Youth workshop productions as well as five Master Youth workshops. She appeared in her first main stage play as Ina Coolbrith in the Trial of James Beckwourth at the age of eight. Her most challenging role to date was protraying Helen Keller in The Miracle Worker for the Acting Company in Yuba City. Other main stage credits at the Acting Company include The Wizard of Oz, Annie, and Death Takes a Holiday.Main stage productions at Magic Circle include Music Man, Camelot, and Hello Dolly. As a member of the Beckwourth Living History Troupe portraying the historical personage Ina Coolbrith, Samantha performed at the Beckwourth Frontier Days festivals and in Northern California school assemblies. She has also appeared in Magic Circles' Masters Youth Workshop productions of Peter Pan, Once on This Island, West Side Story, Oliver, and Anything Goes. |
