Lee Marie began acting at the tender age of seven and grew up scrounging for center stage. After earning her BFA in drama at the University of Arizona, and working in dinner theatres and summer stock in Colorado and Arizona, she settled in Sacramento.

Lee Marie has been performing in various local theatres for 16 years. Her Magic Circle Theatre credits include: Same Time Next Year, Second Time Around, The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940, A Bad Year for Tomatoes, The Diaries of Adam and Eve, and Laura. In addition, you may have seen her at Garbeaus' Dinner Theatre, Woodland Opera House, Chautauqua Playhouse, or the Arden Playhouse.

Some of her favorite roles include Nora in A Doll's House, Sally in Talley's Folly, Mae in Fool for Love, Doris in Same Time Next Year, Timothea in Sea Marks, and Bella in Lost in Yonkers. Lee Marie shares her real life with her husband, Gene, and her daughter, Devin.
