Frank's career dates all the way back to high school, where he played Hannibal in The Curious Savage. He has done work for American River Colllege (apparing in such shows as The Little Mermaid, To Be Young, Gifted & Black, and A Midsummer Night's Dream. Capital Opera (Guys & Dolls, Fiddler On The Roof, South Pacific) and T Street Theatre (A Christmal Carol, As Mark Twain Said, The First Vampyre.
